Registered Nurse

Randstad Aged Care is actively looking for a dedicated and reliable Registered Nurse to join our team for ongoing casual shifts across various reputable aged care facilities in the Bendemeer area. As a valued member of the Randstad Aged Care team, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care. You'll have the flexibility to pick up shifts easily through our user-friendly app, directly assisting facilities with covering their staffing needs.

What Your Role Will Involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments of resident's physical, psychological, and social needs.

• Developing and implementing personalised care plans.

• Safely managing and administering medications.

• Providing a range of clinical care, including wound and pain management.

• Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

• Responding appropriately to emergency situations.

• Promoting resident's overall well-being and quality of life.

Key Requirements for This Role:

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• At least six months of recent clinical experience as an RN in the Australian aged care sector.

• A current and valid Influenza vaccination.

• Proof of at least three COVID-19 vaccinations.

• A valid and current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
